At NoirGrisBlanc, we always strive to ensure you’re satisfied with your purchase.
However, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations.
Below, you’ll find all the information regarding when you’re eligible for a refund and the conditions that apply.
1. Legal Cooling-Off Period – 14 Days
You have the legal right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receiving it, without giving any reason.
After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product.
2. Conditions for Refund
We apply a strict return and refund policy. You are only eligible for a refund if all of the following conditions are met:

The product is in its original packaging

All parts, labels, and any included accessories are present

The product has not been used or washed

The return has been registered on time and correctly
3. Exclusions from Refund
No refund will be issued in the following cases:

Returned products that are damaged or incomplete

Products that have been used or washed

Returns without prior email notification

Personalized items (if applicable)
4. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are always the responsibility of the customer.
Unregistered or insufficiently stamped return shipments will not be accepted.

Register your return

Receive instructions
You will receive the return address and further instructions by email. -
Return inspection
Once we receive and inspect your return, you will receive a refund within 14 days via the original payment method. -
Return not accepted?
If your return does not meet our conditions, we will notify you. You may then choose to have the product sent back to you at your own expense.
6. Cancellation Before Shipping
Would you like to cancel your order before it has been shipped? Please contact us as soon as possible via email.
If your order has not yet been processed, we will issue a full refund.
