1. Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to all products, services, and transactions carried out via www.noirgrisblanc.com. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Prices and Payment

  • All prices listed on the website include VAT.

  • Payment must be made in full using one of the available payment methods at checkout.

  • Orders will only be processed after successful payment.

3. Delivery

  • We aim to dispatch your order within 3 to 7 business days.

  • Deliveries are handled by external shipping providers.

  • Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on the contents of your shopping cart.

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers (such as strikes, holidays, or customs inspections) are beyond our control.

4. Right of Withdrawal & Return Policy

  • You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason.

  • After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product.

  • Important: Returned products must be in unused, undamaged condition and in their original packaging.

  • Incomplete or damaged returns will not be accepted.

  • Customized or personalized products cannot be returned.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Returns must be registered in advance via email at info@noirgrisblanc.com. The return address will be provided upon registration.

  • Returns sent without prior notice may be refused.

5. Liability

NoirGrisBlanc is not liable for:

  • Damage resulting from incorrect or improper use of the product.

  • Indirect or consequential damages.

  • Shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (such as strikes, holidays, or customs inspections).

7. Governing Law and Disputes

All legal relationships between you and NoirGrisBlanc are governed exclusively by Dutch law. We aim to resolve any disputes in mutual consultation. If necessary, disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
